What makes you upset? Are you a quick-tempered or an easygoing one? Whether you get angry easily or get unhappy sentimentally, you should find a way not to mind a lot to lose your life minutes more. It is difficult but not impossible. Worrying very often may make you ill and unhappy. Of course to be troubled is common and a need to be a man, but when you feel bad about everything as a habit, that means you have one more real thing to worry about – Your bad habit, getting sad. You’re calling your love and the phone is off, you get sad and doubtful. You break your just polished nail and you begin to nag, you miss the green traffic light and yell ”what a terrible day!”, you spill a cup of coffee on your new dress, you begin to cry, as you see getting sad might be because of endless reasons if you want to do it. A feeling of sadness is natural, but getting sad very often is definitely not usual to live happily in daily life. Otherwise, life would be unbearable. Take some bad things easy in routine, find some ways to cope with stress and being upset. You may regret at the end of the day because you lose all your day and night hours by getting upset about bad things which you may not find later as bad as you think. Try not to lose your own lifetime, life is not as long as to be sad for every detail. Years later, one day you might say ” I wish I hadn’t been so upset so many times …” It is never too late to get the life that you might have, so try to be as happy as you can… Don’t you mind and love yourself? Who would love and care you more than yourself? Don’t get upset because your last bonbon is eaten.
